What we do with your details.
Short, because this site collects very little and shares none of it.
What this site collects
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive the five things you type: your name, the address of the job, your phone number, your email address and your description of the work. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to quote for the job. Nothing else.
If you call us or message us on WhatsApp instead, we do not receive anything through this website at all.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from anyone else's. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.
There is one exception, on the contact page. The map of the area we cover is embedded from Google Maps, so when you open that page your browser contacts Google and Google may set its own cookies, in the same way it would if you opened Google Maps yourself. We do not receive anything from it and we do not use it to track you. Every other page on this site, including the coverage map on the home page, is a drawing and loads nothing from anyone else.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or pass on your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on 07749 606444 and we will sort it out.
Who holds your details
Bridgework Construction is responsible for the details you send through this site. We work out of Northampton, Northamptonshire, and anything on this page can be sorted out on 07749 606444.
Where your enquiry goes
Nowhere on this website. There is no database behind it and no account to log in to. When you send the form your details are turned into an email and delivered to our own business mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and they then sit in that mailbox alongside the enquiries that reach us by phone.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are dealing with your enquiry, and then with our record of the job if you go ahead, so that we can answer you if you come back to us about the work later. If you would rather we deleted yours before that, ask us and we will.
