We'll source matching or closely comparable brick where possible and advise honestly where an exact match isn't available.

Repointing

Mortar joints have a working life shorter than the brick itself, and repointing, replacing failed or perished mortar, is a normal part of maintaining a brick building over time. Using the wrong mortar mix for the age and type of brick can cause more harm than good, particularly on older, softer bricks that need a more breathable, lime-based mortar rather than a modern cement-heavy mix, so we match the mortar specification to the wall rather than defaulting to one approach for every project.
